2. Conduct on-site inspections and improve the site conditions or make up for the deficiencies.
3. Write the documents for prerequisite programs.
4. Create a product specification sheet, production process flowchart, etc.
5. Conduct a hazard abalysis and make a HACCP management plan.
6. Create the guidance documents for managing HACCP.
7. Provide training and continuing education and determine the validity of the HACCP.
8. Operate fullscale HACCP.
